Somatic Experiencing® is a body-oriented treatment modality developed by Peter Levine, PhD, that offers a unique perspective on the healing of trauma.
It emphasizes the sensation and communication of the body to help people renegotiate and heal challenges rather than relive them.
EMDR is an evidence-based practice developed to treat trauma and PTSD.
It is a safe, non-invasive practice that activates the brain's innate information-processing system and guides the resolution of stuck experiences.

Group offerings include Mommy and Me classes.

Mommy and Me is a highly interactive class emphasizing mindful, empathic parenting and optimizing a baby's development through the relationship.
Classes meet weekly for 75 minutes and would ideally continue throughout the baby's first year.
